1. Scope
These Terms & Conditions govern the purchase and use of EC Masterclass Club (the “Program”), provided by EC CLUB LLC (the “Company”). By enrolling, you accept these terms.

The Program may include online training, a private community, live sessions, templates, scripts, checklists, resources, and case studies. Content and scheduling may change to improve the Program without changing its essential purpose.
4. Applications and access
Access may be subject to an application and interview. The Company may accept or decline an application. Access is personal, non-transferable, and may not be shared, resold, or redistributed.
5. Pricing and payment
Applicable pricing and payment terms are shown before purchase. For installment plans, failure to pay an installment may result in suspended access.
6. Refunds and withdrawal rights
Where mandatory law provides a withdrawal period, it applies. For digital content delivered immediately, withdrawal rights may be excluded after performance begins with the customer’s express consent, as permitted by applicable law. Contact contact@ecmasterclassclub.com with questions.
7. Member obligations
- Use the Program lawfully and respectfully.
- Do not reproduce, distribute, or resell the content.
- Follow community rules and respect other members.
8. No guarantee of results
The Program provides methods, tools, and support. It does not guarantee income, profit, or a particular result. Outcomes depend on each member’s circumstances, market, effort, and execution.
9. Intellectual property
Enrollment grants a personal, non-exclusive right to access the content. It does not transfer ownership. Unauthorized copying or distribution is prohibited.
10. Complaints and governing law
Contact us first so we can seek an amicable solution. These terms are governed by the law applicable to the Company, subject to mandatory consumer protections that apply in the customer’s place of residence.
